The undersigned hereby assigns to the Korean Society for Food Science of Animal Resources (The "KoSFA"), all rights under copyright that may exist in and to the above Work, any revised or expanded derivative works submitted to the KoSFA by the undersigned based on the Work, and any associated written, audio and/or visual presentations or other enhancements accompanying the Work.

The undersigned hereby warrants that the Work is original and that he/she is the author of the Work: to the extent the Work incorporates text passages, figures, data or other material from the works of others, the undersigned has obtained any necessary permissions.

All authors must sign to warrant that this work has not been previously copyrighted and that authors have the right to transfer copyright.

Change of publication charge


As day of June 1, 2021 (based on date of article submission), article processing charges (APC) will be applied to papers accepted after peer review as follows:

Member 1,000,000 KR won First and corresponding authors should pay membership fee to Korean Society for Food Science of Animal Resources.
Non-member in Korea 1,200,000 KR won
Other countries except Korea 500 US $ Affiliation of corresponding author
